Forever 21 arrives in Hong Kong – and they’re doing kids clothes too!

As you might have heard, a little shop called Forever 21 opened its first store in Hong Kong yesterday… and local fashionistas went predictably wild in the aisles for its trademark fast fashion. But we’ve got the scoop that all mamas can also rejoice – because they’re doing children’s wear too!

We’ll admit we didn’t even realise that Forever 21 made children’s clothing in the first place… but we’re very happy they do! The kids section is located by the downstairs escalator on the first floor of the six-storey megastore and at the moment, it’s on the small but perfectly formed side.

There’s loads of super-cute party dresses for little princesses – we were particularly taken with the baby pink tutus – but there’s also some funkier fashion-forward stuff, like a gorgeous rock-star fake fur gilet that we wanted for ourselves! We also loved the range of cheap and cheerful colourful tees on offer, ranging from an animal-print one we’d be happy to have in our wardrobe to this UBER CUTE baby panda beauty. And of course, there’s some Hello Kitty in the mix too.

There’s also some lovely jewellery and accessories tucked away in the children’s section, including adorable charm necklaces (with designs like owls and teacups) that reminded us of a cheaper Accessorize.

As you might have noticed, Forever 21’s children’s section so far only comprises of girls wear; however, with adult menswear yet to arrive in store either, boys wear may follow yet. Also, there isn’t anything for the newborns and the very littlies – the sizes we saw started from around 5-6 years. But the prices are definitely more H&M than Baby Gap or Zara Kids, making it the perfect place to get more bang for your buck and snag a few quick bargains (including some for yourself too, of course!).
