Tiny Bites: Chicha – A New Peruvian Resto in Town

Planning a much-needed night out with your girls? You should check out Chicha! This new peruvian restaurant (yes mamas, time to channel that inner Latin goddess) is a great little spot in the heart of Soho, perched just off Hollywood Road.

First things first – the food is scrumptious! A Peruvian feast, you’ll find everything from anticuchos (grilled skewers) to chicarrones (mini burgers) and tantalizing tacos. The grilled fish is melt your mouth stuff. Even better, these culinary delights are all designed to share.  And don’t even think about escaping without sampling the delicious desserts – three words: to die for.

Thumbs up for… Since this is all about a grown-up night out on the town, did I mention the cocktails? There’s a cosy corner bar with floor to ceiling windows just waiting for your order. Laced with avocado and spices (yes, you did hear the words avocado and cocktail in the same sentence), the pisco-based specialty ‘Girl from Lima’ had me at hello!

It’s also very noisy, so make sure you’ve got your megaphone with you.
