Elizabeth's career took a complete u-turn from banking when she moved to Hong Kong ten years ago. Liz is an avid "caker”, as she calls it, and founder of the popular Two Lil' Bakers. She is also a co-founder of events company, 2MuCh, that brings popular stand-up-comedians to Hong Kong. From motherhood to teaching, baking to planning events, she is always on the go. She is now passing on her "caking" secrets to her crafty 7-year-old while also enjoying motherhood the second time around.
