How and where to enjoy family reunion dinners this year.

With the kids being off school and home learning, treat the family to a feast! Whether you enjoy festive rituals such as the “Lo Hei” or Prosperity Toss salad (toss it up for good luck!) or prefer a modern take on these delicacies, there is sure to be something for you. You could head out for a socially-distanced meal at a restaurant or get a “Poon Choi”(a festive, communal dish) takeaway or delivery that you can share with your family overseas via Zoom! We’ve picked some of the many great options available that will please even the fussiest of eaters (don’t forget that there is plenty to please those with a sweet tooth as well!). Here’s your ultimate CNY dining guide.

Editor’s Note: The situation in Hong Kong regarding closures and restrictions on opening hours due to the coronavirus is constantly evolving. Many businesses are taking extra precautions, but please make sure you follow the latest government advice and stay home if you have recently travelled overseas, have interacted with anyone who has been away, or display any symptoms.
